CANCELLATION: Must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date and the advance rent will be refunded minus a $100.00 + 10% tx cancellation fee for each week booked. Me and Daniel bought this condo in 2010. I now manage myself all the bookings with the help of paypal, so guests can easily book a week and save the service fee that many other websites charge to guests. Me and Daniel or my parents (owners of Apollo 704 and 1006) go to our condos many times a year to be sure all is in order, and to buy new supply items (beach supply, linen, towels ...). Why This Property?
When we went in Florida to purchase a condo, Apollo was the hotel who come with our flight. We visited a lot of condos including some on the East side of Florida, but we were not able to find something comparable, so our search end where it started, at the Apollo ! Unique Benefits
We never found another beach front complex with weekly rental permitted and all was perfect with this island, building and condo, except the decoration and furniture that we completely changed.
