This isn't a sterile condo rental - your stay is in a beautifully furnished period home with everything you should need except your personals. Outside, the front porch has two comfortable chairs that look out on a xeriscaped garden. Out in the fenced back yard are a propane grill and smoker, and a Weber charcoal grill, garden chairs around a fire pit, pond and waterfall. Parking is in front, or we can make gated parking in the back available.
Unique Benefits
A few miles farther is the road to Pikes Peak in Cascade. Up HWY 24 just 15 minutes to the mountains via Woodland Park. Monarch or Breckenridge ski areas are both just over a hundred miles or two hours, longer in winter depending on conditions. Summer and fall are beautiful seasons to take a ride through the mountains, and there is easier access from Colorado Springs than Denver.
