Why This Property?
We purchased this large stately Tudor for our residence to renovate what were apartments into short term rentals.
Unique Benefits
We are on the North end of the Fremont neighborhood on a side street three blocks to Marketime Foods groceries and great deli. Beautiful Greenlake is a nice walk around. "The Center of the Universe" aka Fremont is 10 blocks down the hill Pubs, Restaurants. Metro to the center of DT 2 blocks away
