Lilac Ledge(2400 square feet) is spacious and Sleeps six privately in three large Bedrooms. Large Master Bedroom Suite(26’ x 26’) has spectacular views to ocean and cove. Has Private Suite with newly renovated bath.Two additional large and attractively decorated bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, share a full bath.
Large Family area(28’ x 14') with expansive water views and dining table seating eight. Newly updated Kitchen.

Our Favorite Adventures: Sailing boat for lobster demo, whale watching, kayaking up and down the Cove. Other Thoughts to Share: Jon and Janet; Lilac Ledge is a real Treasure to enjoy. appreciate how clean and orderly it is and all the cooking ware and gadgets.
Our Favorite Adventures: Although not necessarily an adventure, one of our favorite things to do was to sit on the deck and take in the view- in the morning with a perfect cup of coffee and in the evening with a great bottle of wine- shared amongst friends.Botanical Gardens is magnificent- a must see! Beaches at Hendrick's Head and Oceanpoint. Go there.Burnt Island Lighthouse. Other Thoughts to Share:This was our first Family trip to Maine and it really was wonderful.Probably the most relaxing vacation we've taken in at least 5 years....we parents found the slower pace of a Maine Family Vacation to be just what we needed. Our Favorite Adventures: Botanical Gardens, biking around Southport Island and up to Sawyers and Barters Island. Kayaking out to Cat Ledges to see seals then down to Cozy Harbor and thru to Hendricks Head Lighthouse, swimming at Hendricks Head and Pratts Island Bridge. Other Thoughts to Share: Loved beach combing and kayaking around Christmas Cove, Rose Hips in bloom were outstanding, fantastic views.

Shorter trips to Cape Newagen, Five Islands and Hendricks Head beach were equally fun. Other Thoughts To Share: The deck, the dock, the view, the location and everything bout the house made this one of our greatest vacations.
