The bathroom has a shower but no tub. While it is air conditioned the trade winds keep it cool much of the year. You may be greeted by our black cocker spaniel named Maile.

  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
We ask that prospective guests not book until they are sure that they are coming to Hawaii. We are a small business and it is difficult to re-book last minute cancellations. Obviously we refund if the planes are not flying.
House Rules
We live in a family neighborhood and observe a quiet time after 10 pm.

We have been offering hospitality in Kailua for over 25 years. We enjoy sharing our corner of paradise with guests
Why This Property?
We bought this property because of its location between Kailua Beach and Kailua Town. We are 10 houses to the beach in one direction and 13 houses to Kailua Town in the other direction. We raised our family here.
