About the Property
We are located on a small quaint (just 16 acres) island called Conch Key (mile marker 63 - between Marathon and Islamorada). This listing is for our 2-bedroom OPEN WATERFRONT villa - "The Flagship". The Flagship comes with complimentary deep-water dockage (park your boat right in front of your villa!) and use of our on-site boat ramp.

We are located on a small quaint (just 16 acres) island called Conch Key (mile marker 63 - between Marathon and Islamorada). This listing is for our 2-bedroom OPEN WATERFRONT villa - "The Flagship". The Flagship comes with complimentary deep-water dockage (park your boat right in front of your villa!) and use of our on-site boat ramp.
Conch Key is located just southwest of Long Key Channel, you can be in the Atlantic Ocean in 5 minutes for fishing, lobstering, snorkeling and diving. If you do not have a boat then we can refer you to local boat rentals or dive/snorkel/fishing charters. Please note that we do not allow Jet Skis at our location.
The two bedroom (1000 square feet) has a King size bed in the Master, 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom and a pull-out futon in the living room. This villa also has a spacious living & dining area and a full size kitchen. We know you will be very happy with the size and quality of our accommodations. The maximum occupancy for the 2-bedroom is 4 people total.
We provide our guests with a comfortable outdoor area, which includes a gas grill, hammock, a tree top deck, and two bicycles for touring the island and fishing bridge. We also have an ocean kayak available for guest use free of charge! We have swim ladders from our docks for snorkeling and swimming in the clear waters that surround our location. Oh and we are pet friendly as long as your pet is well behaved (friendly and not a barker or whiner).

We have owned and operated Sunset Villas for 20 years but are new (1/15/18) to Homeescape and therefore have few reviews. We do have numerous reviews (perfect 5 star rating) on VRBO (listing 5332) and our own website www.sunsetvillas.com. We are trying to get away from service fee based advertising sites and hope Homeescape.com will help us do that!
Regulatory Note: Sunset Villas is a multifamily building that provides 24 hour on-site management. We are located in CFSD 16 and operate with Planning Director, Marlene Conaway's approval under Section 130-79(j) and exemption 134-1(b) of the Monroe County Land Development Code. The property was formerly operated as Harry's Fishing Lodge, which was established in 1961.

Open Waterfront not on a canal! Spectacular open water sunsets and fantastic fishing, diving and snorkeling. Also incredible wildlife right in our backyard from Dolphins, to Manatees, to Sea Turtles to dozens of different birds species - oh and even iguanas.

Our villas include dockage. The best way to see and enjoy the Keys is by boat and if you bring or rent a boat you will need dockage and at Sunset Villas dockage is free with your rental. If you are bringing a boat you should also know that the use of our on-site boat ramp is also free!
