We have recently updated our oceanfront, fifth-floor condominium. We have installed porcelain tile through- out the condo and all appliances have been updated. About sam
We purchased our 1 bedroom condo in 1994 to have a place for our family and friends to enjoy. We have rented out this condo since we purchased to help offset the expenses. In the process we have met many new friends and treasure the opportunities that have been blessings in our lives.
Why This Property?
We vacationed at this resort ourselves for several years before having the opportunity to purchase. We searched the entire Grand Strand for available properties and settled on Water's Edge because it offered the amenities that we enjoyed. The condos are a little larger than most so the extra space was an additional selling point for us.
Unique Benefits
The property is convenient to shopping (groceries, malls and even a large flea market) plus the onsite amenities enable you to spend the entire day at the beach without having to go anywhere. Murrells Inlet is famous for it's many seafood restaurants plus there are numerous chain restaurants in the area.
