Perfect location to walk right out to the water, to enjoy the days lounging at the private courtyard pool area, or on the deck, with palm trees for shade, or for the swimmers and snorkelers who want to take advantage of the waterfront location of the villa. Enjoy the ambiance as you watch the sailboats and catamarans gliding by on their way to Buck Island.
Interior of the house: The great room is graciously and comfortably furnished affording views out to the sea. Adjoining the sitting area is the dining area and the open space kitchen allowing the spectacular views from all rooms.
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and is completely air conditioned. The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath en suite. One other bedroom features two twin size beds for children needing to sleep apart but can be combined into a king bed for a couple if requested (let us know your preference when reserving) and the third bedroom features a queen bed and bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bath. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans to catch the tropical breezes as well as new and updated split system air conditioning in each bedroom should you desire to use it.
Across the pool deck is the 2 story guest house. The upper bedroom has king bed, private bath en suite, air conditioning, ceiling fan & french doors that open to its own balcony with a great sea view. The lower level has a full size bedroom w/sitting area, air conditioning, ceiling fan, a small galley style kitchen & its own deck. The lower level bedroom has a queen size bed and french doors that open to the deck outside.
Enjoy one of two hammocks located on the property either at the pool deck under the shade deck or under the palms at the beach level. For interior entertainment dish network flat screen TV in the great room, Ipod ready players scattered in a few different spots and internet access are just a few of the amenities provided. This full amenity villa also features a generator to keep you comfortable should there be a power outage.

Pictures don't do this house justice. Much bigger than expected, very big property, airy, super clean and very well stocked/equipped. Right on the water! 2 mins away from yacht club where you can charter a sail boat to take you to Buck island, which has white sand beaches and snorkeling. Across the street from a very nice local restaurant, 15 mins away from the historic Christiansted. The house is very baby/toddler friendly which was a huge thing for us. We asked if they had a pack and play and sure enough there was one parked right at the foot of our master bed when we arrived all ready for us to use. THE POOL! So incredibly safe, raised edge so no need for an unsightly safety gate, one half of it is a soaking pool, only a foot or so deep, which doubles as a kiddie pool... How perfect is that? There are two coconut trees on the property, and if you're lucky, couple coconuts will fall down for you to enjoy. We got two, so juicy and so special to eat fresh.We saw a lot of island reviews stating that it isn't very safe, I found this to be very untrue. Never felt unsafe while roaming the island, locals were very nice, and I even forgot my purse in a restaurant across the street, didn't realize until very late at night, and the next day (July 4th, it was closed) my husband walked over there just to see if somebody was there, and the waiter (Tim) sat there waiting for us on his day off to give back the purse. We were floored. Would definitely visit again! (Fun fact: our 1 year old started walking in this house, we will never forget this vacation). TC family: July 2016
