We were blown away! Christine was AMAZING with communication---she responded quickly and provided great and detailed information about everything on the island from the best car rental company, to UTV/ATV tours, to catamaran tours, to horseback riding, to beaches, to restaurants, and much more. Christine made us feel so comfortable with all of the island's Covid protocols and sent reminders of when to be tested before arriving and again when before flying back to the States. Our family of 5 loved the well equipped kitchen, the comfy three bedrooms, the spacious 3 bathrooms, the private pool, and the 2 car garage. The house came with beach chairs, ample beach towels, coolers, ice packs, and reusable bags for the grocery store. We started off our trip with a warm greeting from Julie, the on site property manager, and we LOVED her and all of her island suggestions! We've stayed at many vacation rentals and this one is one of the BEST!!! Thanks Christine for sharing your home with us!!!
Bella Ruby was a fantastic place to stay while in Aruba. Great neighborhood, clean and comfortable. Christine is so very helpful with all the information and Julie was great and happy to help if needed. It was so helpful to have everything needed there for a day at the beach! My husband, son 11, and I absolutely loved this property. This was our fourth trip to Aruba and we have stayed in different properties each stay. This was our favorite. The owners go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, while also giving great options on places to dine, beaches, and some of their favorites. We found a new favorite dinning place thanks to their recommendations. The pool was great on a couple days when our son, who has sensitive skin, needed a break from the ocean. We enjoyed hanging by the pool those days. This is a five star that I highly recommend.
My family and I stayed at Bella Ruby for 2 months in March, April & May 2020. Every amenity you can imagine is provided. Beside everything you might expect, how about telephones all over the house where you can make &amp; receive calls to North America at no charge? There is a 2nd telephone system for local calls on Aruba. How about Tommy Bahama backpack chairs to bring to the beach? And coolers! And a two car garage. And really nice Art work. And a management company that really takes care of you. The pool is serviced twice a week & there is garbage pickup twice a week. The owners are not only responsive but will provide you with a lot of information about Aruba. Bella Ruby is simply amazing.
We had a fantastic time in Aruba and loved your super well-equipped and labeled/organized villa. Fantastic layout and great use of space, even better than the pics. It was quite difficult to find a 3 bed/3 bath in a moderate price range and your place checked off all our boxes. The security features and garage are a great plus for storage and those who may be nervous to venture out of country. We loved the beach chairs to toss in a cold drink a towel and venture off to the beach during the day or near sunset. We greatly appreciated your timely and personalized emails and recommendations throughout and prior to our trip. Awesome local and remote customer service. When we return to Aruba, we plan to stay at our home away from home, Bella Ruby!
