Cancellation & Refund Policy
In the event a Guest cancels their reservation and said rental property is not re-rented under identical terms, no refund shall be made to guest. If agent is able to re-rent the unit under same terms & conditions, a refund will be made less a 15% processing fee. Refunds (if due) will be processed after reservation departure date. We recommend the purchase of travel insurance.
House Rules
No outside guest social events. Dock is for use of house guests only, not others staying elsewhere on Chincoteague. Exceeding Max occupancy will result in immediate eviction. No fireworks, fire pits or pools. RV's and campers cannot be parked at the home to increase occupancy.
