My properties are in classy, quiet, secure complexes so loud/late noises are prohibited.
Although you pay a cleaning fee that is for laundry, dusting, etc. Treat the property as you would your own.

About Ruth
My husband & I moved to Arizona from the Midwest (Naperville, IL) in 2001 to avoid the winter weather. We live in Fountain Hills and own 3 vacation rentals. Dennis is local Realtor and I am an Interior Designer. We love meeting new guests from all over the world.
Why This Property?
This location can't be beat if you like convenience and quiet. Fountain Hills has a small town feel with all big city amenities. If you need something not available in town you'll find nearby Scottsdale has it all. We host snowbirds in winter and relocating people in the off season. Minimum rental period 2 weeks.
Unique Benefits
This complex has only 8 units in 2 building so it's quiet and friendly. The grocery store and restaurants are less than a 2minute walk away so if you won't have a car or will share a car this is the perfect place.

Clean, Nicely Appointed & Convenient Condo

Everything worked out fine in this vacation rental. The photos looked exactly as shown and it was perfect for our stay.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient Condo

This condo was perfectly located across from shopping, banking and coffee shops. It was nicely decorated and everything was provided even laundry soaps, shampoo, etc. It was everything promised and more. We'd stay here again.

Good vaction rental

We had a wonderful time staying at a different rental 23932000.which is also owned by this couple. That place definitely deserves 5 stars, but this one looks very nice too. Similar decor very clean & comfortable. We recommend anything these owners lease. They are easy to work with and very helpful couple.

Nicest vacation rental ever for us

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and won't be the last. We have family and friends in town, but we love staying here just to "get away" to this comfortable patio home. It was very hot weather and we still loved taking a walk to local cafe's and of course the Fountain Park. Everything is so close. Hope to come back again.

Great Stay!
