About Jeffrey
My husband Jeff and I are from the Midwest. We hope to retire in a few years. We work for one of the top candy makers in the world. We have 3 children, 2 are grown and have families of their own and then we have a teenager who keeps us hopping.
Why This Property?
This property is a small complex, it is gated and secure. The large layout of the type "A" unit feels like home. Other reasons are: it is close to restaurants, Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe it or Not, St. Andrews Park, Pier Park is only a short drive away.
Unique Benefits
You cannot beat the view from our 3rd floor balcony and words cannot describe it; it must be seen! The Sunbird has a small exercise room, tennis courts and shuffleboard.

We have rented at Sunbird for years. After the hurricane, the people we rented from sold their unit. When we come, I like to stay with the same owners each time. It took a little while and multiple units, but I am so glad we found Becky! Our first stay was Summer 2021 and we will be back in June. The unit is amazing and has everything you would ever think about needing. She is absolutely the best to rent from and is so accommodating!

The best stay! The view is gorgeous!

My family and I stayed in this condo in 2021, and are booked again this year. When I originally found this condo, I was searching for a place we could go to every year and this condo was just perfect. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had NO problems whatsoever. It's a beautiful condo with a beautiful view. We loved the fact it was on the 3rd floor. Very easy to book and NO hidden fees. Mrs. Becky is very responsive and answered all my questions. We loved how the beach chairs and umbrella were included too. The hassle of not having to tote our own chairs and umbrella down and back up everyday was the best EVER! We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay last year and cannot wait for our scheduled trip this year. At the last minute we decided to stay/pay for an additional night (loved the condo so much did not want to leave) and were able to do so with ease. I highly recommend the owners of this condo and I highly recommend you staying at this condo. An absolute beautiful beach getaway!!!!!!

Love this condo!

Husband and I celebrated our 30th Anniversary the week we stayed and just loved it! So nice and great views. Condo is perfect size for us, this was our 2nd stay at the Sunbird 306E. Loved working with Becky and we will be returrning when we can❤️

Perfect condo, perfect location!

We are huge fans of Sunbird because of location and smaller size/ease of parking, etc. and this condo was another wonderful gem! So cute and immaculately clean! Great ocean view from the 3rd floor. Easy parking and right next door to Pineapple Willys. All the comforts of home at a great price. Becky was wonderful to work! You won't be disappointed here!

Short but needed stay.

This was the perfect place for us, not too big, not too small. Comfy king size bed, great balcony view. Beautiful decor, tastefully done. Exactly what we needed to get our short but sweet beach fix. Will definitely book again, if available.
