We have a beauty named Flip Flops of Seagrove Beach. Sleeps 4 (1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed) Located right next to Seaside Florida and all the dining, shopping, biking, and family frolic fun one can handle! Of course, the beach is directly out back of your condo.

About Patty
I'm the owner of this beautiful condo in Seagrove Beach. We enjoy coming here with our family of 4. We also own a cute place close to Rosemary Beach and Carillon in the West End of Panama City Beach that sleeps 8.
Why This Property?
It's the perfect area for a family of 4. You can play in the ocean night and day as well as go crabbing with the kids in Eastern lake!

The Perfect Private Getaway Just Steps From The Beach! 5 of 5 I can't say enough about this place. On our past visit to the area, we stayed at the SanDestin Hilton, which was wonderful, but we didn't like having to eat out every meal or try to prepare meals in our hotel room. When we went to book again this year, the prices for hotels in SanDestin seemed quite high. I remembered seeing the Seaside/Seagrove Beach area during our last visit and thought I'd take a look. I was pleasantly surprised to find this little gem right on the beach with prices the same as a hotel room! It was perfect for our family and even more beautiful than described. It was handy to be on the first floor, as we made many trips back and forth. We loved having a kitchen and washer dryer, and the lovely deck to sit on and admire the views (we saw dolphins passing by several days in a row and enjoyed watching the sunset). The beach just outside the condo was beautiful and not overly crowded. The place was decorated beautifully and was very clean and seemed brand new, and overall, it could not have been more relaxing. The owners made sure we had everything we needed to make our own meals (dishes, pans, and even a little espresso/latte maker!). Publix is about a 3 minute drive away, as are many restaurants. Patty, the owner, was very helpful in answering my questions beforehand and even while I was there. We loved the binder with suggested restaurants and activities, and their recommendation for Cafe Thirty-A was much appreciated (it was delicious). I would most certainly recommend this to couples and families, anyone wanting a really relaxing getaway. We will be back!!
