Why This Property?
My wife and I vacationed in this area before marriage and love the beautiful beaches in Sarasota and Anna Maria Island. I looked all over Florida before buying and River Strand was the best place we found with all the amenities. If you love the beach, golf, or tennis, this place is wonderful.

We stayed the month of March and absolutely loved this condo. It was very comfortable and clean. Everything that we needed was there except for a crockpot, (we brought our own). The condo is decorated just as the pictures show and the beds are quite comfortable.. Greg was easy to work with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.This was our first time staying in Riverstrand, and I have to say, everything you need is within the gated area; golf, tennis, pickle ball, swimming pool(s), etc. My one (and only) complaint, is that one day leaving the garage a big black snake was curled up against the door and scared me to death. He was more afraid of me than me of him! We enjoyed this condo and facility so much we will be staying again! Thank you Greg for the use of this wonderful condo. Karen
