Our Penthouse condo is a direct oceanfront, corner unit with outstanding views (best in building) of the world famous Daytona Beach, Atlantic Ocean, and the Halifax River. Completely remodeled master bathroom in December 2014 and Kitchen in December 2015. We are the only rentable unit with French doors to master bedroom allowing even more spectacular views of ocean. Beautifully decorated with modern furniture, fixtures, decorations and amenities. We have tried to make it as comfortable as possible. 'Our home is your home'
Listen to the ocean from the large balcony which is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. Living room has a comfy futon couch that converts to a queen size bed, Leather loveseat, leather recliner, 40' flat screen HDTV with cable, DVD player and a variety of DVDs.
Cook a fresh seafood dinner in the beautiful kitchen which is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster and utensils. Enjoy your meals on the balcony, dining room, or at the breakfast bar. You can even grill out down by the pool while you play shuffleboard.
Master Bedroom has king size bed with top of the line Organic memory foam mattress with organic comforter, 32' flat-screen HDTV, electric fireplace, double closets, and a private bathroom.
Second Bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV/cable, a view of ocean and river, connects to guest bathroom.
Bedding and bath towels are supplied.
Free WIFI.
In-unit Washer/Dryer.
Stay Cool with Central A/C.
Enjoy a dip in the heated pool or the Atlantic ocean via direct beach access, or just relax in the hot tub or sauna.

We are Originally from the Chicago area but we have just moved to South Carolina so we can be closer to the Condo. We have traveled down to Daytona Beach for many years in a row. We ride a Harley Davidson and love the area for the riding, the events and relaxing.

Why This Property?
The VIEW! When we discovered this penthouse unit in 2012, we fell in love with the balcony and the view.
Additionally, we love that the property is located in Daytona Beach Shores. Less traffic and less crowded beaches provide relaxing atmosphere. If it's action you want, downtown Daytona Beach is a short drive.

Owners are the best ever we've dealt with over 20 years renting units in Florida. The unit itself is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views inside and out. We were there the week after Hurricane Irma and the owners were more concerned about us getting in than their own issues to deal with at the condo. I can't say enough about how I highly recommend this unit and look forward to many returns. A huge thank you to the owners for all of their hospitality. Truly recommend this gorgeous unit with garage, views, amenities, decor, well stocked kitchen, comfortable everything, perfect location!

My family had the pleasure of staying at this condo for the first time. We've been taking vacation in Daytona for several years now and this was by far the nicest place we've stayed! Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.

We stayed in Daytona Beach Shores for 6 days. The condo and location were wonderful. the condo has been recently renovated and was perfect. Laundry in the unit and plenty of space for storage. You can't beat waking up and walking out to the beach. The views from the top floor were fantastic. Very relaxing trip! Would definitely stay again. Recommended for: Families with Young Children.

Place was very clean and looked as it did in the pictures. We loved being right on the ocean. Very pleased with the owners and their condo. Would not hesitate to rent this place again and/or recommend to others. Recommended for: Adventure Seekers.

A very nicely equipped condominium just minutes from everything. Kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, and dishes, to cook a Thanksgiving dinner for 6 people. Great views and nice pool. The only drawback was, during our stay, the whirlpool tub was malfunctioning. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.
