Do not take bath towels, blankets, sheets etc. to the beach or pool
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit
Do not turn the air conditioning lower than 68 degrees or run the A/C or heat with the doors or windows opened. This will cause the HVAC to freeze up and it will cease working.
At check out remove food from the fridge, load and start the dishwasher, used towels should be left in bathtub. Please do not leave wet towels on the beds. Do not put sheets, comforters, blankets or pillows in the tub, leave the beds unmade. Remove all trash to the outside bins across the parking area
Please be respectful of others residents. Many of our neighbors are full time residents and may have to be up early in the morning.

After renting properties for many years, we new exactly where we wanted to buy our vacation home. Our favorite place to stay, True Blue was the perfect location for our vacation home. We knew how well True Blue is kept, it is located ideally right on the golf course, 5 minutes from the beach and close to shopping and restaurants.

Four of us spent a long weekend at True Blue for a moms getaway. We were all very pleased with the condo, we found everything we needed was supplied and it was nicely decorated and very clean. The 2 of us who golf were immpressed with the challenging course, it was exactly what we had hoped for.The only downside was it was a little colder than we had expected. I would definately go back to True Blue & to this condo.

Four of us stayed at this condo in beautiful Pawley's Island and really enjoyed it. It's very clean and convenient to all restaurants, shops, the beach and pool right outside the door. We've stayed at many places on vacation, but have to say this was one of our best experiences ever. So spacious! Look forward to coming back! Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers

We rented the property for my daughter's wedding weekend. It was absolutely perfect, sleeps 8 comfortably. Incredibly clean, spacious and located in one of the most beautiful areas in South Carolina. The customer service was impeccable and the area restaurants, golf and beautiful beach made it all the more enjoyable.
