We are a ground floor, ocean view, 2 bed, 2 bath condo with full kitchen and laundry room and part of the Kona Seaspray boutique property. We're right across Alii Dr. from Kahalu'u Bay, the best snorkeling spot on the Big Island. There is free parking adjacent to our condo and no stairs to climb to enter our unit.

Why This Property?
We first came to Kona in '05 and stayed in my cousins house across the street from our future condo. Enjoyed Kona so much that we decided that we needed our own place there. Purchased in '06 and have completely remodeled our unit to make it a really cozy Hawaiian retreat.

Great place to make as your base for a Big Island stay as we are so close to the bay and beachpark, and are part of such a friendly, personalized property.
