Deposit Requirements

$1000.00 damage plus the 11.5% Florida tax on the rental amount must be paid in order to secure our place along with a signed contract. The rent must be paid in total 2 months before occupancy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your reservation at any time up to 60 days prior to the commencement of the lease term by written notice. If you cancel we will attempt to find another tenant for the lease term and if none is found within 30 days then all rents paid and deposits will be forfeited. About Sharon

As a child I played on the beach at Casey Key. We found this gorgeous place and it reminded me of fond memories! We both love to walk the beach, eat at all the great restaurants in the area and float in the heated pool. "Life is a Beach!"

Why This Property?

When we first walked into 3C at Sea Isles we were both impressed with the large living area and the panoramic views from the wrap around lanais. It is hard to go down to the large heated pool and not make a friend. The people here are lovely!

Unique Benefits

Our lanais are huge with plenty of space to dine outside, watch the sunset, play games or just read a book. It feels like a home away from home. We love the huge heated pool and the ability to cook out if we want to. If fishing is your bag, you can fish right off the pier on Estero Bay just behind the heated pool.
