Why This Property?
We fell in love with the pan handle in 2000 on our first trip to Destin. We later discovered the Beaches of South Walton area along 30-A between Destin and Panama City. This area has incorporated the beautiful natural surroundings with village type settings. We love that there are no chain restaurants, high rises or bill boards. This property backs up to Port Washington State Park. The screened in porch overlooks the trees of the park. The high ceilings give a spacious feel to the renovated condo. The beach is within walking distance. The community has golf cart charging stations for those wanting to rent a golf cart.
