The villa is a part of a gated development that shares a central open space with a swimming pool. Ground floor: Parking space Perfect size for two/four wheelers. The kitchen has been newly fitted and equipped with all essentials to help you feel at home – fridge/freezer, microwave, induction cooker, utensils & crockery, washing machine, water purifier, electric kettle, toaster and a few essentials in the fridge and cupboard. The living room accommodates a sofa set, coffee table and a dining table. Bedroom 1 (ensuite shower room) Furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe space. First Floor: Bedroom 2 (ensuite shower room) Furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe space. French windows open out on to a balcony that overlooks the central shared garden space and the pool - perfect for breakfast while basking in the morning sun. Roof Top Terrace Adjacent to the staircase on the first floor is a terrace that looks on to the front of the complex. Ideal for relaxing with a drink in the evening or reading a book during the day.
