Sandy Point condo is situated in a private complex right in the heart of Holmes Beach and is conveniently located across the street from the island grocery store, shops and restaurants. Just 4 short blocks and you are within walking distance to the most picture-perfect sugar-sand beaches of Anna Maria Island that stretch for miles along the Gulf of Mexico!
Our home is the perfect getaway for families or couples looking to relax on the beautiful Anna Maria Island. Surrounded by nature, you will experience the serenity and beauty of the Grassy Point preserve. The Master bedroom with a queen size bed opens to a lanai overlooking mangroves filled with wildlife. Enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets right from your screened balcony! The guest bedroom has two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. If you have a larger family, a living room has a full size pullout sofa. The kitchen is completely renovated and very well equipped.It is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils that you can use to prepare fabulous meals. The downstairs closet has beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon and all kinds of beach toys for our guests to enjoy. We tried to think of every detail to make you, our guest, very comfortable in our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom home!
Right in front of the complex, you can board the free trolley and experience wonderful restaurants, shopping and island life. After a day of sightseeing, relax in the heated pool where you can spend some leisurely time in the sun.
Enjoy many activities on your visit such as swimming, snorkeling, watching beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, scuba diving, sunset dining, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, para-sailing, jet skiing, kayaking, riding horses on a scenic beach and so much more!
Just a short drive away, experience the splendor of the Ringling Museum in Sarasota and get up close and personal with Florida wildlife at the Sarasota Jungle Gardens. While visiting, make sure to head over to the Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium and meet some beautiful marine animals and fish. Discover fine shops surrounded by the tropical setting of St. Armand's Circle. Great place for shopping and dining!

Our condo is ideally located on the heart of Anna Maria Island Island in Holmes Beach. Anna Maria Island is a slice of old Florida, with seven miles of sugary white sand beaches, voted one of the 'Best & Cleanest Beaches in Florida'. It showcases a tropical landscape with crystal clear emerald waters reminiscent of the Caribbean. Anna Maria is a treasure found on Florida's Southwest Gulf Coast conveniently located between Tampa (45 min) and Sarasota (30 min). It is also less than 2 hours from Orlando. You can take your pick of several beaches close by.
While the beach is one of the main attractions, Anna Maria Island is fast becoming a hot spot for gastronomic delights. Feel free to take a walk or catch the free local Trolley to local restaurants or attractions. Shopping on Pine Ave is not to be missed, along with art galleries and the live theater.

Should the occupancy of this property exceed the maximum number of guests allowed all Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately and forfeit all monies. No house parties allowed. This property will not be used for functions such as weddings, receptions, family reunions or any other gatherings involving more than the maximum number of occupants specified without the prior knowledge and written approval.
5.Smoking: Our property is non smoking, smoking is not allowed on the premises. Should the property smell of cigarette or cigar smoke the Guest will incur a penalty $500 & an extra charge for additional cleaning.

We have stayed in this condo three times now and have loved it every time. Nicely appointed, comfortable furniture, well equipped from kitchen to beach chairs & umbrellas. Perfect location- quick walk to the beach and right across the street from grocery store. Beautiful views of mangroves from lanai. We are already planning our next family getaway in this beautiful condo!

A wonderful condo in a wonderful place! The condo itself has everything you would need for any length of stay, well equipped kitchen, very clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the beach and the closet downstairs has all kinds of beach supplies- chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and even a beach wagon! Free trolley stop is right outside of Sandy Point complex so it’s really easy to move around the island without a car. Publix (the only Island grocery store), CVS, Walgreens, Duncan Donuts and other shops and restaurants are right across the street. A heated pool is onsite and a private screened lanai overlooks beautiful mangroves with amazing views! Overall, we all had a wonderful time and a great stay in this beautiful condo!
