This lovingly restored apartment is 3 floors and sleeps up to 6 people. There is a private entrance with a yard and a second floor balcony. The beautiful new kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, if you ever get tired of dining out. There is one full bath on the second floor and a half bath on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms, one on the second floor and one on the third, and two sitting rooms. There is a comfortable full size sofa bed in the second floor sitting room and another sofa bed in the ground floor sitting room. High quality linens and towels are provided. There is a washer and dryer on the premises. Off-street parking is conveniently located across the street.
Maximum occupancy: 6 (including children)
Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
Some Special Events and stays of 30 days or longer may require a larger refundable Security Deposit and/or additional cleaning fees, to be determined at time of booking.
All sales and deposits are final for Special Events (defined as any period with rates that differ from the standard nightly rate).

We love this old house and have been slowly restoring it to its original beauty. The neighborhood is perfect for us; we're a block from the Garden District streetcar stop, walking distance to so much, and our neighbors are wonderful.
