* BBQ grill is available for rent. The fee is $ 65. Cleaning after use and first gas refill is included.
* At check-in, the villa will be provided with one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one diswasher tablet and one garbage pack. An additional welcome pack, consisting in ea, Coffee+filters, Dishwasher Tablet, Dishcloth and Garbage Sack can be provided against a $6.50 fee.
* Additional guests after 8 are charged $ 10/person and per night.
*- Check-in: if possible (no other guest checking in/out on the same day), we can allow late or early check-in against a fee. Please add $ 25 for each hour wether you want to check in earlier than 4 p.m. or check-out later than 10 am.

Pool heating: Please note that it takes time for such an amount of water to warm up (up to 48 hrs), and the best way to keep it warm once it has reached temperature is to carefully place the pool blanket during the night (but do not leave it on all day long as the pool will turn green).

-Check out strictly by 10:00am.
-All garbage must be placed in the ( outside) trash bin.
-Lock all windows, and doors and turn off all faucets, taps(lights) and fans. Please make sure that the air-hockey table fan is turned off.
-Please check that you have all of your personal belongings, we cannot be held responsible for items that are left behind.

Access to the pool is at own risk for all members of the party ( there is an access alarm at the back doors). Pool fence for the safety of young children available and ready to use.

This villa has the most important factor for us: sunny private pool with an overview on a well-maintained backyard and a conservation view. This makes our pool deck so relaxing after busy days exploring the area !
We also choose this community for its charming tranquility and the proximity to all Cagan's crossings shops and Wal-Mart.
