Deposit Requirements
There is a $1000 deposit required but it is refunded as soon as the cleaners confirm the condition of the property after your departure date. The amount of the deposit is a precaution because of the boatlift and dock, hot tub, TV & entertainment Systems, Dogs being allowed and all the amenities at the property for your enjoyment.

***If Cancelled 30 days or more prior to occupancy start date any amounts paid will be refunded less a $100 processing fee.
***If cancelled less than 30 days prior to occupancy start date there will be no refunds
House Rules
The Rental and Pet agreements spell out most everything. A few days before your start date you will receive an "IMPORTANT INFORMATION" email that gives you the access codes to get in as well as helpful info to best enjoy the area and your stay

About Alan and Michele
We had been renting homes on the lake for 25 years and got to be very familiar with different neighborhoods around the lake. We fell in love with this location for it is very quiet, is on a road with loops around from the main road so there is very little traffic. We take walks every day so we wanted a safe and relaxing road on which to walk and this is a perfect family neighborhood.

There is tons to do for all! You can walk down the private e beach right into the water. Fire-pit on beach for campfire nights. The sunsets are amazing The property has beautiful gardens with flowers for the table and fruit for the basket. There is Pinball, Pool Table, Large Hot Tub, Grass Lawn, Basketball Hoop, Hammock, Kayak, a private dock for your boat and much more.
