Our building has a private walkway with direct access to the beach and since our unit is located on the 3rd floor facing the ocean, we are also privileged to experience the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. It's not uncommon to see the dolphins frolicking in the water or pelicans gracefully gliding by.
Located right in the heart of Carolina Beach, our building is a stone's throw away from everything! Besides enjoying the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and all it has to offer during the summer, year round enthusiasts may enjoy golfing, fishing, boating, dining, shopping, bicycling or sight seeing. Carolina Beach and it's surrounding area has so much to offer.
A few miles down the way, you'll find the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, Fort Fisher State Historic Site and the N.C. Fort Fisher Ferry which takes you (and your vehicle) to the quaint seaside city of Southport, N.C.
If you're really feeling adventurous on land, both ends of the island offer the option of driving your vehicle right on the beach. A fee is charged and a four wheel drive vehicle is recommended. Jeeps are available for rent locally.
If you have a boat, three public boat ramps are also available on the island:
1. Carolina Beach State Park
2. Carolina Beach at Snow's Cut Bridge
3. Fort Fisher

Our condo has private parking under the building which includes two cars per unit. The entire condo has tiled floor and the oceanfront balcony is also tiled. Both the living room and the master bedroom have access to the balcony which overlooks the beach. Our building also contains a fenced in private pool, an outdoor shower and private restroom facilities for your convenience.
Upon arrival, you will find a welcome book providing useful information specific to our condo (Wi-Fi password, pool code, important contact info. And much more). If you are not familiar with Carolina beach, we have ideas of what to do in the area along with dining suggestions and sample menus.
For your convenience we provide a starter supply of household products: paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee filters, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, zip lock baggies, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap and hand soap. For those that like to cook you will find our kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals and serve a large group along with spices and basic pantry items. Things are organized so you can easily find what you want, and housekeeping pays close attention to details so you can rest assured you'll arrive to a clean and relaxing place for your stay.
All bed, bath and beach linens are also provided for you during your stay.
In addition to having the beds already prepared for your arrival, each bedroom closet contains extra pillows and blankets. During your stay, each person will receive two bath towels, two hand towels and two washcloths. One beach towel is also provided per person.
Beach chairs and a cooler are also provided for your convenience.
We want to make your vacation as hassle free as possible. Just pack your personal items and get to the beach!

Well-appointed Beach Retreat!

I spent one week here in August of 2015 with my husband and his parents. The spacious condo allowed for us all to be together when we wanted but had plenty of room for us to all have our own space as well. I spent a lot of time outside on the covered patio at the large table looking at the ocean. I really enjoyed watching the sun rise over the water while drinking my coffee and eating lunch looking at the beach without being in the sun during the warmest part of the day. The master bedroom and living room look out over the beach, providing beautiful views while inside as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and well-appointed with everything we needed, including very comfortable and stylish furniture and bedding. I felt like I was in a good friend's home versus a standard rental. We really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. I enjoyed going between the pool and the beach, both of which felt very private. Although we really enjoyed our time in the condo, its location made it easy to venture out and see other parts of Carolina beach. It was a quick walk to Britt's donuts, the boardwalk, equipment rentals, and nearby restaurants. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this condo and can't wait until we get to visit again!

201 Carolina Beach Ave S, Carolina Beach, NC, 28428, United States The owners of this unit have created a home away from home. The condo is clean, well maintained and equipped with just about everything a family needs. The patio provided for a wonderful beach view where we spent much of our time. Since my family likes to cook, we found the kitchen well equipped with the dishes, pots and pans to make homemade meals. We enjoyed playing the games provided at night. The owners have a book with activities and places to eat in the condo. There is a book for guests to share their story about their visit, which makes for wonderful reading and provides as another resource on things to do and places to eat. We enjoyed walking the beach, collecting shells, taking pictures, visiting the Southport Tea House and The Christmas House in Southport, NC. There is so much more we would have liked to do during our stay that we intend on booking again. Thanks to the owners for providing a welcoming and enjoyable place to stay.
