Casa del Sol!! This magnificent property is waiting just for you! Take a dip in the huge private infinity pool or just relax on the massive pool deck with your favorite beverage as you watch the cruise ships go by. The pool and deck are unsurpassed in Puerto Morelos. Lit at night by a revolving color wheel and three wall rainfalls, this infinity pool is breathtaking! You may decide to sunbathe on the roof top deck that has the best views in town.
The rooftop terrace has a covered deck area with a table and 6 chairs, along with a separate spacious deck for sunning or enjoying your morning coffee as you watch the sun rise over the beautiful Caribbean Sea.
You may wish to escape the sun and relax on the enormous covered patio off the living area and just admire the gorgeous infinity pool and stunning views. Can you see where the pool ends and the ocean begins?
The large iron table with six chairs on the patio is perfect for meal time or any social gathering. The colorful pool chairs add to the tropical ambience of this property.
The accordion-style glass doors open up the entire back side of the house to the pool deck area and patio.
There is a large stone propane grill next to the back patio - perfect for an evening bar-b-que.
A fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking your favorite meals. Your biggest dilemma will be where to enjoy your meal...so many choices!
Two new, large side-by-side refrigerators with ice makers will keep all of your groceries and beverages cold. A dishwasher and a cold/hot water dispenser are included in the kitchen amenities. Ample cabinet space is an added plus.
Living area includes sofa with recliners, love seat, and reclining chair. Your group will love the large flat screen that gets all U.S. national network channels (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX) as well as all of your favorites: HGTV, TBS, TNT, ESPN, WGN, CNBC, movie channels, and many more. Vacationing at Casa del Sol means no more missing your favorite college or pro sports teams! Sit back, or recline, in comfort and watch all of those big games that you worried you might miss while on vacation. On second thought, just relax at the pool or beach and let ESPN catch you up later!
All five bedrooms have king-sized beds with private bathrooms. There is a downstairs bedroom and four bedrooms on the second floor. Bathrooms are shower only. One of the bedrooms has a pullout couch and another has a set of bunk beds. We accommodate 10 adults or groups with children up to 12.
A tv area for the little ones is located at the top of the stairs. It includes lots of DVDs and a Kid Box. The Kid Box is packed full of puzzles, dry erase boards/markers, crayons, construction paper, scissors, games, etc. for kids of every age. There are also lots of books for children.
We furnish a stroller, pack-and-play, and a high chair, if needed.
Each room has its own air conditioning unit.
Pressing one button on the phone calls Roberto, the property manager. The other button calls the cab stand. No other outside calling is available.
Casa del Sol has an abundance of beach toys for the kids. For your pleasure, a two-man kayak complete with life jackets and four bicycles are also provided.
Your group will love the location of Casa del Sol. It is located directly to the north of Casita Blanca on the north side of town. The amble into town is about 12 minutes. This is truly a prime location.

About Meta Jennings
The owners live in a suburb of Dallas, Texas and have traveled Mexico throughout the last 25 years. Meta works as an instructional coach for a local school district and Jerry owns a glass business in the DFW area. We have two sons, Brett, 30 and Bradley, 29.

Why This Property?
We decided to forego the all-inclusive experience in July 2010 and rent a condo at Casita Blanca. We fell in love with the quaint beach town of Puerto Morelos. Before we left, we purchased a property directly to the north - next door to Casita Blanca. We spent from August to February renovating the property and putting in the pool. Everything that was important to us as beach lovers was put into our planning....large pool and deck, extraordinary views from the pool, great patio/balcony, rooftop panoramic ocean views, and the best location in town.
