Come and enjoy this newly remodeled, contemporary and private home! This house is centrally located with easy access to the beaches, restaurants and shops.

The house has a brand new, heated, salt water (gentle for your skin) pool. Beautiful and specious paved patio with newly installed screen covering the entire area. We are finishing renovations on the outside which includes: brand new heated, salt water pool, extended patio with pavers, and screen which will cover the entire area!
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped should you decide to stay in and make a meal. Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a direct entry to patio/pool area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and this room also has a sliding door which allows for direct entry into pool/patio area! The living room area has a sleeper sofa which converts into a full size bed.
Oversized garage with automatic doors will keep your car safe.

we enjoyed the stay in this clean newly renovated house in the quiet neighbourhood of south venice. the owner couple, chester and aneta, are very sympathetic and helpful. the house is well equiped, good WLAN, enough kitchen utensils and also beach equipment. you can cool off in a clean warm salt water pool under the lanai of the house. there is also a membership on the little ferry that takes you to a private beach close. we felt very comfortable and can recommend this place with our whole heart.
Wonderful place
Perfect!!!! Chester and Aneta have made sure to provide you with everything you need. We loved taking the ferry to the private beach. We also visited Siesta Key, Nokomis and Caspersen Beach. The rental is conveniently located to restaurants, Publix, Target and Walmart! Only about 30 min from Siesta Key. We truly enjoyed our stay and the communication is awesome with Chester and Aneta. The rental provides you peaceful, private like surroundings. The decor is as seen in photos and the property is well taken care of! My girls LOVED the pool and eating out on the pool deck bug FREE!!! We are hoping to return next summer!!!
