Casa Dos Chivos is a one or three-bedroom villa in the Los Chivos Hills of Vieques island with all the amenities you could want offered at a great price. Appointed with your comfort in mind, our house boasts stylish furnishings, a chic tropical palette and all the conveniences of home, including a fully-equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedrooms, satellite television and Wifi. We also offer a wide selection of books, games and DVDs for your entertainment. But of course you'll want to spend most of your time sitting on the balcony doing nothing at all but taking in the spectacular ocean views!
Our house is managed by a professional couple who live on the island year-round and provide the same, high level of customer service as a large property management company. You will be greeted at your arrival, shown through the house, and offered many useful suggestions about restaurants, outdoor activities, and tour operators you may wish to consider during your stay. Casa Dos Chivos may be rented either as a one-bedroom or a three-bedroom property. Whichever option you choose, your privacy is ensured: if you rent the house as a one bedroom, we will NOT rent the other portion of the house during your stay.
One bedroom option: The upper level of the house consists of a very large great room (24 x 28 feet) with two seating areas, dining area, and new, fully-appointed kitchen. A large balcony with panoramic ocean views wraps around the great room on two sides. Adjoining the great room is an air-conditioned master bedroom (king) with adjoining bath (with shower). There is a fully-equipped laundry room and gated, key-locked carport downstairs.
Three bedroom option: With this package, you'll have both floors of the house. A spiral staircase connects the balcony of the upper level with the newly-renovated lower level, which consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms (queen and twin), bath (with shower), large, L-shaped living/dining room, and kitchenette.
The house is perfect for 2 couples traveling together! Each couple gets their own floor and bathroom.

Security Deposit: We require a $250 security deposit due 1 month before arrival. The deposit will be returned when our property manager has verified there was no damage to the house.

Why This Property?
We fell in love with Vieques from our very first visit. It really is like the Caribbean was 50 years ago. We bought this home from a local family and renovated it into a modern vacation home. You can read all about our adventures in our book "The Coconut Chronicles"
