This is not just another rental condo. It is an extremely clean and comfortable mountain home. We personally make sure the unit is consistently cleaned to the highest standards by spending 6 hours of cleaning between each stay. We target our condo's renters to two adults who will take care of it, and enjoy it as much as we do. It is the perfect place for the extended, comfortable stay in Mammoth.
This recently updated and meticulously clean unit has maple floors throughout and is located near the Snowcreek meadow area with it's streams and views, fishing is walking distance away. Beautifully landscaped grounds with flowers and grass (summertime) run through the entire complex.
Snowcreek Resort is located in the meadow area near the Snowcreek golf course and driving range. It is also the closest complex to town's athletic club. Driving time to Von's is about 90 seconds. The terrain around Snowcreek Resort is all level perfect for walking and riding bikes in summertime and easy driving during wintertime snow storms.
This unit is located just a few steps away from the spa and sauna. This is a low density complex with plenty of parking and an open and relaxed atmosphere. The free red line shuttle to the main ski lodge is just a short walk from this unit. This is a ground floor unit with outside access and no stairs to climb or musty hallways to walk through. After a long day of fishing or hiking treat yourself to a bbq on the back deck, a hot tub, and a movie from the large dvd library in the unit.
Cancellations more than 30 days (45 days for holiday periods) prior to arrival will be refunded, less $50. Cancellations less than 30 days (45 days for holidays)prior to arrival will be forfeited unless we are able to rent the condo to someone else for the same time period, the $50.00 cancellation fee would still apply.

This condo is exactly as described...and it's amazing! Selfishly, I really didn't want to review it as I really didn't want to share it. Kind of like the best kept secret in Mammoth. It was exactly what we were looking for and we finally found it! This place has everything you need and they left nothing out. The place is immaculate. The owners really know how to make your stay comfortable and relaxing! We will definitely stay in this beautifully well appointed Condo again!

If you are a party of 2 (THAT MEANS NO PETS)...this is the condo for you! Ron & Maria have a 5 star condo and give the best amenities you could ever want or need! The condo is spotlessly clean, comfortable and very homey. The bonus is that they provide you with maps and information about everything to do while there. The condo is within walking distance of restaurants and stores, Minaret Village shopping center (Von's). Trolley and bus service is a 50 yard walk from the condo. We will rent the condo again, without thinking twice about it!

Our stay in Ron & Maria's Beautiful Snowcreek unit was wonderful. There condo is impeccable and so comfortable, everything we needed was there. Snowcreek is in a beautiful area in Mammoth with gorgeous views and short walks along Mammoth Creek just outside the door. We look forward to a return visit.

We just returned from a short trip to Mammoth Lakes - this condo was amazing! We felt so welcomed and pampered with all the extra touches. It is even nicer than the pictures show....very comfortable and clean! Ron & Maria were so helpful with all kinds of ideas for hiking, dinners and site seeing. We had a fantastic time and look forward to staying there again.
