Dear Carol, We had a wonderful time. Friday night we ate dinner at Montano’s – delicious. Cooked in for Saturday and Sunday. Tried following the trail to the beach but kept running into private property. It was a lovely walk – sunny – didn’t run into anyone else. Then drove down to Longnook Beach – incredible dunes! Sunday we went to Eastham to visit the summer home of a woman Richard works with at NH Fish & Game. It was on the bay side. Sat on the deck and read the paper. Stopped at North Pamet beach on the way home. I loved the feeling of living on the 2nd level of your home – I felt like I was in a tree house and the views from the upper deck were spectacular, especially at night!
This was our family’s first time staying a week at this beautiful home. The house was just as described, open, bright layout with wonderful decks and great views of the sunset overlooking the bay towards P-Town. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and enjoying wonderful meals with the family. Outdoor shower was a big hit. There is a fantastic selection of books to enjoy for a beach day or for relaxing on one of the decks. Hosts were great to work with and easy to reach. Wonderful place to rest and recharge with family and friends.
This home in Truro was perfect for us, located between Longnook and Corn Hill beaches (very different, both lovely), on a quiet, private road right off 6. The house is spacious and clean. It has the flipped design with bedrooms on the ground floor and the kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor deck looks over trees, with Provincetown tiny in the distance—a marvelous view at sunset, only surpassed by the view from the 3rd story deck, accessible by a ladder from the 2nd floor deck! The owners were very responsive and helpful and did everything on their end in a timely way, including refunding our security deposit after our stay. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this gem!

First time staying a week at this wonderful home. Great decks with wonderful views . Quiet, peaceful location. Only a mile or so from some of the most beautiful beaches on Cape Cod. There is everything that you need to have a relaxing yet fun-filled vacation from bikes to beach chairs and lobster pots to a charcoal grill. Three comfortable bedrooms, two baths and the best outdoor shower! Second floor living area opens to a fantastic deck and a roof top deck too. Wonderful views of the sunsets over Provincetown. Fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances needed. The hosts are very accommodating and easy to reach. Highly recommend this getaway!

My extended family and I have been vacationing in Truro for 40 years. My immediate family and I have stayed at Jim and Carol's house for the last 14 (yes 14) years. That pretty much says it all. But for those still in doubt, the house is great: fabulous views, close to great beaches and food, clean and well kept. Everything you need for a great stay is included. Jim and Carol have always been great to work with. We will return every year as long as we are welcome.
