PRIMO POOL AND PALMS ON FORT MYERS BEACH, IS A RECENTLY RENOVATED, 2100 SQ FT, CANAL FRONT, 4 BR, VACATION HOME THAT CAN SLEEP UP TO 12 AND IS LOCATED IN THE NORTH END'S TIMES SQUARE AREA.
If you want to be in the heart of the action, but yet be able to slip away quickly to enjoy some quiet time, this is the place! Primo Pool & Palms is located in the much desired Times Square District and is just a few minutes walk to the Beach, Times Square and Old San Carlos Blvd where you will find water sport rentals, beach shops and plenty of restaurants. Use the bikes to ride down to the beach, or its a very short walk. A beach cart and beach chairs are included that you can take down to the beach. Or you can just stay put and relax in the free form pool with tanning platform and attached spa surrounded by the tropically landscaped yard. You can also sit on the dock and look for the manatees and dolphins that occasionally visit the canals. Maybe a kayak cruise for two into the intercoastal to look for Dolphin, Manatee or bird watching. Or maybe just relax with a book in the hammock under the Royal Palm in the sand courtyard. If you're a boater, bring/rent a boat and tie up to the dock and be just minutes from the Gulf! You will feel that you have found a hidden Oasis at Primo Pool & Palms!

The rental rate does include access to 4 bikes (no helmets available) and the tandem kayak, along with all of the other great amenities at Primo Pool & Palms. If you would like additional kayaks, there's a marina just across the intercostal that rents a tandem kayak for $39* for 4 hours. If you require additional bikes, you can rent them just down the street at Quicky Scooter for $18* per day or $45* for the week.

The house sleeps 12 (10 in beds in bedrooms and 2 on daybed that converts to twin beds or can be connected to form a king size bed). The house can accommodate large families, or is easily shared by two families. It's location allows for easy on and off access to the Island and includes plenty of parking space.
The lay-out of this 4 bedroom home allows for plenty of privacy with an Upper Level that features 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, Kitchen and Living Area. And a Lower Level that also features 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, Kitchen and Living Area. For privacy, just close the entry doors that separate the levels or leave open for free flowing access to the entire house.
The Upper Level has a King sized Master Bedroom overlooking the pool and canal with its own access to the upper level deck; and a Queen sized Bedroom; In addition, there is a daybed in the living area that converts into either a king bed or can be used as two separate twin beds. The Lower Level has a Queen sized Master Bedroom looking out onto the pool and canal with its own private entrance to the lower lanai; and a Bedroom with Queen sized Bunk Beds that comfortably sleep 4 adults; In the living area, you will find a futon that folds down to a full size bed. All mattresses are encased in Allerease protection cases. Pillows are also in Allerease cases. Beds, Bedding and Linens are fresh and updated as needed.
You will find flat screen TVs through out the house, including in the lower lanai. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, Cable and a telephone. Both Kitchens have new cabinets, appliances and granite counters and are fully stocked for your cooking needs; Both Bathrooms are stocked with plenty of linens, including beach towels; The Laundry room has 2 front load washers and dryers for your use. Most everything in the house has been purchased within the last two years.
And you never know what new thing may be added upon your arrival! We just recently added Party lights in the lower lanai along with the TV and an outdoor solar shower for a quick rinse after the beach.
Outside the home, you will find:
A Weber Grill (w/large cooking surface)
Outdoor dining areas on the upper deck, in the lower lanai and one pool side
There's a TV in the lower lanai so you can enjoy the outdoors and still be able to watch/listen to that favorite show/sporting event.
Everything you need for a fun day at the pool is included:
Chaise Loungers; Chairs; and Pool toys.
Also included is everything for a day at the Beach:
Beach chairs; Beach blankets; toys; cooler; and a Beach Cart to tote everything in!

For grocery needs: there's a 7-Eleven at the end of the street; a Topps Market approximately 1 mile away and a Publix Market approximately 3 miles away. For fresh fish and shrimp, visit Trico Seafood Market...just a kayak ride across the Intercoastal! There's also a Farmer's Market located under Matanzas Pass Bridge on Friday mornings. There's also a Farmers Market on Tuesdays at Santini Plaza at the South end of the Island. Farmers Markets are seasonal

Like so many people we have met while in Florida, we are from the Mid West. We live in Michigan. And like so many fellow Michiganders, we enjoy running away from the cold months, and just LOVE Fort Myers Beach for its warm climate, beautiful beaches and laid back vibe!

Loved the Location...Close to everything! We felt it had the best of both worlds with the beach and a quaint town just a short walk away, Yet private and secluded when we want quiet time. We've spent many family vacations in Florida...Orlando, St Pete/Tampa, Clearwater, but we love being further south in Florida with the warmer temperatures that Fort Myers Beach offers during our cold Michigan Win

We have put a lot of time into renovating the house and yard...a lot of sweat and tears! And are so thrilled with the outcome, especially the pool and the landscaping - So love all of the palm trees! It's so hard each time we have to leave to go back home to Michigan, as we just love our little piece of paradise and are hoping you will love it too!
