Serene setting. Nestled by the trees and adjacent to the National Forest and the NEWLY designed ‘Snow Summit Adventure Park' at Snow Summit Mountain Resort’! This mountain condo is located almost in Snow Summit's parking lot, just feet away from your front door. This means that in the Winter when you wake up and it snowed all night, you just pick up your skis, put on your boots and walk to the main lodge and spend the day skiing! No shoveling, no snow chains or frustration needed. Just a day of fun and pleasure.
In the Summer you walk to the Scenic Sky Chair or the Bike Park'. You can also take one of the many hiking trails or numerous Mountain Biking Trails. Big Bear Lake is only about a 1/2 mile down the street - with the swim beach, boat rentals or Lake Tours. Access into your mountain condo is level from the driveway to the front door. Much less chance for slipping and sliding. If you have to bring in groceries or luggage, you have approximately 50 feet to your front door. You are only 2.5 miles to the village with movie theaters, many restaurants and lots of shopping.

We purchased this property because we lived in Riverside at the time and this was only 75 minutes from our home. In 2003 we purchased a hotel in Pinetop, Arizona and moved there. Aside from being in the hotel business we also really like the vacation industry. We purchased this property because we lived in Riverside at the time and this was only 75 minutes from our home. In 2003 we purchased a hotel in Pinetop, Arizona and moved there. Aside from being in the hotel business we also really like the vacation industry. We found that some of our customers were interested in longer stays for either work or vacation purposes; something that allowed them a larger space and cooking facilities that our Hotel did not offer. We decided to fill that void by purchasing two more vacation condos at 'The Pines in Show Low' and another larger condo at the 'Sports Village' complex close to the Pinetop Lakes Country Club in Pinetop, AZ, which are also available for rent.
Why This Property?
It is close to all Southern California Metropolitan areas as well as the desert Palm Springs Area. The big attraction of course is the close proximity to the Snow Summit Mountain Resort for both Winter & Summer outdoor activities. Although we are in a condominium (townhouse) project, it is extremely quiet here in the Summer.
