Cancellation & Refund Policy
All monies will be returned less a $100 administrative fee for this property IF this property is successfully re-booked for your cancelled time accommodation.

Our home does not allow smoking or pets. Guests must obey all Sea Colony Recreation and HOA beach and property rules.

About Frank and Kate
We have spent many summer vacations at the Delaware beaches with the last eight filled with beach memories at Sea Colony. We purchased this town home as a vacation home for families to enjoy. The community has many amenities to offer. Tennis lessons, swim lessons, surfing, fishing and more. The beach is ideal for the kids with having guards and swimming pools. Best of all worlds! Why This Property?
Our vacation home is one of the last homes built in Sea Colony and offers use of all the resort amenities from the in-season beach shuttles and trams to indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts. The resort even has two modern equipped fitness centers. What we love the most is the resort private beach and that all the resort facilities are within easy walking and biking distance.
Unique Benefits
Our home includes a fully stocked kitchen, grill, and screened patio. We also include use of beach bikes, kids beach toys, beach chairs and a canoe! Our home also has a jetted soaking tub to relax in after playing tennis or after a day on the beach!

This was our second time staying at Frank & Kate's home in Sea Colony. Our first time there was amazing and this time was even better! The home is in a great location and is beautifully appointed. Plus, the home has everything you need--from all kitchen needs to beach toys. Most importantly, you can't ask for better hosts. Frank and Kate are wonderful to work with. Super friendly and great communication. We will come back again!!!

This condo was just the best - decorated beautifully, well stocked with any item we may need, great location, and absolutely the best bed I ever slept in. Did not want to leave. Will definitely stay here again.
