We are business folks from MO and fell in love with Gulf Shores. We purchased our first condo there in 2009 and just loved the business of providing a top of the line vacation to our guest. We now have 4 beachfront rental condos in Gulf Shores and over 100 5 star reviews
Why This Property?
Seawind is next door to our first property at Boardwalk so we were able to see it come out of the ground in 2006. We Purchased our first Seawind property in 2012 (705) and added 1405 in 2014. Seawind is in the Perfect location, it's a big roomy condo, 9' ceilings, granite, huge deck and We just love it.
