A $500 refundable damage deposit is also required at the time of booking. Final payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival; forty-five (45) days during the Holiday Season.

About Gary
We have owned another vacation rental property in the area for over 15 years. We have always thought Summerwood was a special neighborhood, so when we saw this house a few years ago, we were very excited to purchase it.
Why This Property?
The Outlook at Summerwood is in a great location, beautiful neighborhood, and is so convenient to the bike paths, skiing, shopping and restaurants.

The location cannot be beat! We are adjacent to the beautiful bike path that winds throughout Summit County. We are located near all of the major ski resorts. Shopping, restaurants, and many fun activities are within just a few minutes!
