The Corner Escape! Fully furnished and decorated! Sleeps 12! Plus additional sofa sleeper (sleeps 2). Completely remodeled! All bamboo floors throughout the house, tile in kitchen. Updated spacious kitchen, plenty of room for multiple families, large yard, great bedrooms with tons of closet space and lots of available amenities! We are located in the heart of South Haven. Fantastic location!! 5 blocks walking distance to one of the greatest beaches! 3 blocks south of downtown. We are new to the rental market and just purchased the house a few months ago. We are working to get it finalized and ready for the summer! Please don't hesitate to reach out at any time, since I can understand you may have questions since we have limited pictures and no rental history. More pictures will be ready by the end of May! We are looking forward to sharing our house with you!

A security deposit of $500.00 is required to secure the property and is payable at the time of final payment. The deposit is for security and will be returned to you upon approved review of the property after your stay. The whole security deposit (or a portion) shall be refunded within 14 days of the Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to: deductions for unpaid fees, property damages and cleaning expenses beyond normal wear and tear (if applicable)).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
If you or I can replace your reservation with another renter for the same time period, $100 will be forfeited, but I will refund all other funds received.
