Located at Regal Palms Resort & Spa, 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, this spacious two-floors house was fully decorated aiming to provide comfort and convenience to guests in their 1,800 square feet. A perfect place for families who love spend a holiday in Orlando and at the same time, value their space.
In this cozy house, all the 4 bedrooms have LED TV 32" with cable TV. Wireless broadband internet is available in all rooms. All the room's floor is hardwood. A floor tile in the bathrooms, in the living room and in the kitchen.
The first floor has a suite with a queen bed, a living room with 40 "TV, a dining room with a table for 6, a full kitchen, a laundry (including dryer) and a balcony. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms. One is a master suite with a king bed. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each. In the hallway there is a third bathroom. All 3 bathrooms of the house are complete, including bath, shower and hairdryer.
There is an iron and ironing board.
The entire house is served by central air conditioning. The living room and two suite bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
The phone allows FREE calls to the United States, Canada and landlines numbers around the world.

Guest Access
We and our property manager pride ourselves on based extremely attentive and responsive to our guests. After an exhausting day travelling, you get direct, immediate entry to our Villa with our own personal access code for the duration of your stay. The check-in process is easy and available 24h by 7.
Our home is just a short walk to the pools and clubhouse.
The Regal Palms Resort & Spa features a water park with three heated pools, one of them is a jacuzzi for up to eleven people, a wading pool, plus a lazy river that surrounds all pools and a water slide.
The kids and young people also have the Banana Jack, a huge themed space with almost 4300 square feet, filled with games and interactive games and an indoor playground for the little ones.

We provide white sheets, pillows, white towels and blankets (the extra sets are in the closet). There is also cutlery, glasses, cups, dishes and cookware for 8 people.
In addition to kitchen appliances there is a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an electric stove with oven, a toaster and a coffee machine.
There are two strollers, a high chair and two cribs are provided for infants.
This villa is perfect for large or two family get togethers, providing ample room for everyone and providing the perfect venue to make your vacation one to remember. There are two en-suites and the house sleeps up to 8 persons comfortably.
A fully equipped kitchen allows your gathering to enjoy home cooked meals.

The Neighborhood
The district of Davenport is fairly quiet.
From the house, in exact 2-minute drive, there is the Publix grocery store, 3 minutes a CVS pharmacy, 7 minutes is a Walmart Super Center and 10 minutes a Super Target and the delicious Olive Garden restaurant.
3 minutes from the house there is a gas station.
In 13 minutes from the front door, you will be in front of the Disney Animal Kingdom Park, without the need to drive through the fast Highway 4, but coming by a stretch of Highway 192 and some internal and quiet streets (the GPS indicates the path without any error). From there, the other Walt Disney World parks are just minutes away, also only by internal and quiet streets.
