This fabulous 4 bedroom private estate on Sanibel's premier east end was just completely renovated. No detail has been overlooked in this tropical, pet friendly, waterfront home.

This British colonial home is inviting and comfortable, from its stylish authentic glass fishing balls upon entering the driveway to the Murray Bros. fighting chairs at the breakfast bar this tropical get away is paradise.

Coral Sea features a screened patio with a heated pool and Jacuzzi with sunset views, as well as a terrace on the second floor with incredible views for star gazing. The patio has a gas grill and table that seats 8 for entertaining. The dock has authentic captain's chairs overlooking the canal and a fish light for nighttime viewing of fish such as snook. The over-sized yard has plenty of room for pets or children to play. The home features a custom kitchen with induction cook-top, breakfast bar with Murray Bros. fighting chairs, fireplace, dining room with chandelier, air hockey table, and 2 car garage. Each of the 4 bedrooms is decorated with it's own theme, and the 2 1/2 marble baths include a whirlpool tub.

The Captain's Quarter's bedroom is located on the first floor and has a nautical theme. It features a queen bed, remote control television, luxury linens, walk in closet, and nautical charts.

The Breaker's bedroom is located on the first floor has a classic tropical theme. With two twin beds this room is great for kids or guests. This room features artwork from Charleston and an authentic brain coral lamp.

The cabana bath and powder bath are both located on the first floor and feature white marble floors and shower accentuated by the beautifully decorated beach themes.

The Little Palm bedroom feels like a honeymoon suite with it's four poster queen bed and canopy drapes. This bedroom has a tropical fan, palm tree decor, walk in closet, and french doors out on to the terrace overlooking the canal. You'll feel like you are in the tropics.

The Harbour Island bedroom with its Caribbean flair features TWO queen beds and a walk in closet. This over-sized room is decorated in coral decor with luxury bedding and has french doors onto the terrace overlooking the canal.

The upstairs bathroom features a frame-less glass shower enclosure with bench and whirlpool bathtub with marble surround. The large vanity includes a make-up area.

There are 2 laundry rooms with full size washer and dryers. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances with a french door refrigerator, induction cook-top, convection oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes for 16 place settings, crystal, cookware, bake-ware, coffee maker, stand mixer, and more.

The living area includes a sleeper sofa, love seat and chair. The entertainment center has a smart TV which has Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, Skype, and more as well as Cable TV and a DVD player. The entertainment center includes board games and the game area has an air hockey table with a ping pong table attachment. There is a telescope, kayak, bicycles, and lending library for your use. Need to do some work while you are at Coral Sea? There is wireless and a wireless printer available for your use.

This private home is located in Shell Harbor and has deeded private beach access within biking and walking distance. It includes a dock and has quick access to the Gulf of Mexico and boat ramp. The home is centrally located and is close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, golf courses, marinas, and beaches.
