Our lovely 2000 square foot 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is located in a new gated community, Aviana, in Davenport, Florida.
This luxurious villa is superbly furnished to a high standard with many recent upgrades and features a family room, games room, living room and dinning room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dinning area.
Our kitchen provides you with everything you need to cook for any occasion. You have a choice of eating in the kitchen, dining room or out on the patio by the private pool. Both the kitchen and dining room have seating for 6 guests. Our living room and dining room combined allows you to entertain your guests. The family room overlooks our sparkling pool and has a 51 inch flat screen TV with cable, Blue Ray DVD and CD player. Our home also features complimentary internet both LAN & WIFI, free local telephone and free long distance calls to the United States and Canada. Both the living and family rooms are equipped with comfortable furnishings.
Large bedrooms provide spacious living. Our home has two master bedrooms each with an en-suite. One master has a king size bed with a flat screen TV and an en-suite that consist of a sink, toilet, walk in shower, a garden tub and a walk in closet off the bathroom. The second master bedroom consists of a queen size bed with a flat screen TV and an en-suite that consist of a sink, toilet and bathtub/ shower combination. The other two bedrooms have two single beds with flat screen TVs in each and a shared main bathroom with a sink, toilet and bathtub/shower combination. All mattresses have been upgraded in all of the bedrooms to make sure you have a restful night. There is a travel cot, high chair and stroller available for very young guests.
The garage acts as a games room, equipped with foosball, air hockey and pool table. We have a washer and dryer and a BBQ available for our guests to use.
The attached pool is fully enclosed providing quiet privacy for your family. There is a safety fence around the pool if required for your child’s safety.
Relaxing by the pool in the evening and ending the day with a swim in our crystal clear pool is the perfect way to reflect on the day’s activities and plan where you are going tomorrow! The community clubhouse provides activities for all the family.

Our villa is located in the gated community of Aviana Resort, a quiet neighbourhood close to all the attractions that Orlando offers but far enough away to offer our guest a peaceful day relaxing by the pool.
