About the Property
Gull Harbour is a great home that is fantastically laid out with fabulous ocean views. Lots of windows, skylights and vaulted ceilings give it an inviting, open feel. We sit at the top of Gull Drive which gives an excellent view of the Pacific Ocean, Doran Beach, & Bodega Head. Guests have even commented seeing whales from the balcony and Living Room windows. Gull Harbour is a great home that is fantastically laid out with fabulous ocean views. Lots of windows, skylights and vaulted ceilings give it an inviting, open feel. We sit at the top of Gull Drive which gives an excellent view of the Pacific Ocean, Doran Beach, & Bodega Head. Guests have even commented seeing whales from the balcony and Living Room windows. Great expansive Ocean views from almost every room in the house. Beach trail across the street is a short walk to a private stunning beach with lots to explore including rock formations with incredible sea-life and caves.
2-Master Suites with beautiful Ocean and white water views. Other Queen bedrooms have Ocean and Fairway views.
Home backs to 9th Fairway and adjacent to 9th Tee. Great location for golfers.
The home offers 40 Inch HDTV with cable/HBO/Roku/Netflix in Living Room with 3 comfortable Leather couches. Cable TV's in all bdrms and HDTV/HBO in Master Suite #1. Blu Ray/DVD on Liv Rm/Mstr bedroom TV's. Assorted collection of DVD/Blu Ray also available. WIFI enabled.
Hot tub located on Balcony deck in front of home off Liv Rm and Mstr Suite #2 with chairs and table. Beautiful Ocean views.
Garage is converted rumpus room perfect for kids with TV-Gaming and Ping Pong. Beach supplies (boogie boards/skim board/chairs/cooler/sand toys/etc..).
Dining table seats 10 and is large and roomy with excellent Ocean views adjacent to kitchen and living rooms. Hi-chair and other family gear discreetly closeted.

Our homes are located on Gull Drive, a quiet custom-home filled loop which is the CLOSEST street to the Beach Access trails in Bodega Harbour South. Gull Harbour is across the street from a beach trai.
