The property is in a very old part of town, which is still intact, there are now skyscrapers or tall buildings, everything is old fashioned and of good quality. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and green, and yet only a 1000 yards from the center of town (where the Diocletian palace is) and very close to the beaches as well. It is the perfect mix of history and modern comfort.
