Perfect location for a family Christmas

This was a perfect location for a family Christmas. My parents are in assisted living at nearby Willow Valley and this was a chance to be with the entire family. The house is cozy and has many rooms where everyone was able to gather including a wonderful kitchen where we could sit and watch while others cooked. Highly recommended!

Sam's house is absolutely beautiful and oh so charming! The neighborhood is gorgeous and felt very safe. The house had everything we needed including tons of space, towels and extra bedding! We were definitely happy in renting this house, our stay there was beyond perfect!

Full of charm and character, roomy and modern!

We enjoyed this beautiful home for our Thanksgiving holiday. The beds were comfy and we loved drifting off to the sounds of horse drawn buggys. There was plenty of room and lots of parking. The house was spotless and so inviting. The area was lovely and we saw many things that Lancaster area has to offer. The property was a perfect location for us. And the owner was kind and very responsive to our questions. Thank you! We saw a show at Sight and Sound (excellent) and shopped at Central Market.

An awesome old home.

Only stayed one night , but wish I had reserved another. The home is old but updated and the pictures do not do much justice. There is a very welcoming feeling that makes you feel right at home. There is an awesome deck and backyard that I look forward to using, hopefully, in the near future.

I can't say enough about this beautiful home! We have stayed at many homes over the years but this home far exceeded any home we have visited. It is impeccably clean, beautifully renovated and decorated, absolutely cozy, and the location is convenient yet quiet. We can't wait to return.
