Cancellation & Refund Policy
See Rental Agreement for specific requirements. Basically, if I can re-rent your canceled time period for the same amount, I will refund all but a $100 cancellation fee. SO, it is important for me to open your dates as soon as you know you wish to cancel. That way we have the most time possible to re-rent the dates so you have the highest possible chance for a refund.

About Jennifer
I am a beach lover and I love the Topsail area. I think you will also. We have 2 sets of twins and have loved this beach community for many years.
Why This Property?
We bought this particular house because, frankly, it is in the best community on the island.
The community grounds are immaculate. It is beautiful, peaceful, and safe.
The owner is typically in the upstairs house in the summer months so, if you need anything it can be easily be remedied. Only the owner and family are in the upstairs house, it is never rented.
Unique Benefits
This apartment is perfect if you want a quiet residential neighborhood that has sound and sea access (cross 1 lightly traveled road to ocean, sound access is on apartment side of the neighborhood). If you want to play games, have fun, be active. It is wooded with live oaks providing lots of cool shade after a day in the sun.

Thrilled to say that we had a wonderful time at this location! Jennifer was communicative and sweet! Everything was clean and the pictures are accurate. All the amenities were in great condition! The beach is beautiful and <5-min walk from door to shore. Would happily return! Thank you!
