Daniel and Jenny have known each other since 1993. They've lived in various European countries before emigrating to Seattle (WA) where they've been living since 2008. Daniel works at Microsoft, and Jenny is also a software developer. They have visited all the Hawaiian islands and fell in love with Maui, and specifically Kihei. Why This Property?
Proximity to beach, ocean view, minimum noise, safety, privacy, affordable paradise lifestyle. When choosing our Kihei condo the most important criteria was that it had to be somewhere across from Kamaole Beach I, II, or III - there is little point in travelling all the way to Maui and not be able to walk a few steps and be on one of the Top 5 beaches in Maui. Unique Benefits
Kihei Akahi units in the D building have nice breezes flowing through when you leave open the entrance door (East) and the lanai door (West) - our lockable steel-screen secondary front door facilitates that. Our family has had the opportunity to stay in other condos within the Kihei Akai complex, but other units haven't come close to the level of service Daniel provided, the cleanliness of the condo and the vast selection of all amenities for all of our vacation needs. My wife and I both like to chef up family meals, so we especially enjoyed the renovated kitchen and the high end appliances. Great place to stay, excellent communication from Daniel and an ideal location to some of the best beaches on Maui. Thank you Daniel!!

We had a lovely stay at this Kihei Akahi apartment. It is well located in Kihei, across the street from the beach and near several good restaurants. The apartment is clean & well maintained. The kitchen is nicely equipped with dishes, pots, utensils, etc. The owner responded very quickly to all our emails, provided helpful information for the area and contacted us several times during our stay to make sure there were no issues. Photos realistically depicted the property. We would recommend this property to our friends and would very happily stay there again.

Wonderful relaxing vacation in a very clean and well appointed unit. Perfect place and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and beach. Beautiful unobstructed view of the sunset every night! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable place to relax and unwind in paradise!!

Beautiful Condo!

Staying at Daniel and Jenny's condo was a great experience for both my wife and I. Everything was exactly as was stated in the ad, the new kitchen layout and appliances were great, and the unit was spotless when we entered for the first time. Daniel and Jenny are very thorough and organized owners, always give informative and clear responses in a timely fashion, and were a pleasure to deal with. We have stayed at Kihei Akahi in the past (we love this building), and favoured this condo much more than others we have seen. Would consider renting this unit again and would highly recommend it to others. An amazing vacation overall!

very pleased with the apt

My 14 year old granddaughter & I were very pleased with the apt. We especially liked being so close to a beach. After sightseeing, hiking & shopping all day it was nice to just walk down to the beach for a swim. The apt was clean, well maintained and very quiet. There were many good restaurants within walking distance if you don't want to cook. However if you do cook the kitchen is more than well supplied with cooking items. The location made it within easy driving distance to many of the island attractions. The guest book supplied by Daniel was helpful with information about Maui. I would stay there again.
