A damage/reservation deposit of $200 ($400 for monthly rentals) is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:

h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by the Beach Club.

*Do not hang clothes/towels over the balcony or patio. The Beach Club will remove and discard them.
*All trash should be regularly removed. No trash shall be placed on the common elements.
*The display of firearms/fireworks is prohibited.
*The thermostat must not go below 70 degrees Fahrenheit or above 80 degrees Fahrenheit. We ask that you do not run the unit at any time while the windows or doors are open.
Parking:
One reserved parking space #112 is available. Any parking space not labeled “reserved” is considered additional parking. Vehicles parked illegally ex. fire lanes, grass, sidewalks, blocking dumpsters or other cars, or parked in someone else’s “reserved” space will be towed at renter’s expense.
Keys:
We will provide one pool/fitness key. If lost, replacement fee is $75
Fire Safety:
Due to the great and always present risk of fire, we ask that you not have any open flames, such as candles, inside the condo. There is a fire extinguisher located under the kit
