Extensive decks wrap fully around two sides of the home providing spectacular ocean views! Enjoy the Atlantic sunrise and your morning coffee on the oceanfront master bedroom deck. Spend the day at the beach by walking just steps through the private garden and down the walkway to the surf or enjoy a day lounging by the private pool. For picnics there is a large park-style grill and concrete patio table and benches in the garden area adjacent to the beach. For ocean watching, there is a dune top seating area.
In the evenings, walk just 5 blocks to the restaurants and nightlife of the Surfside pier, or if you’d prefer, dine out at one of a wide variety of restaurants that are just a 5 minute drive away. Finally, complete your evening relaxing in the hot tub under the stars!Each of the home’s four bedrooms features its own flat screen TV and has a bathroom attached. Additionally, for the kids, there is a fun “loft”/bunk bed area complete with its own flat screen TV and DVD player. For those times when you’d like to dine in, the well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a separate under-counter ice machine as well as every small appliance and kitchen gadget that you’ll need to prepare great home-cooked meals.

7. Parking:
PARKING – Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. Swimming pool & Hot tub:
No children under the age of 12 are permitted in pool or hot tub at any time without adult supervision.

When using the pool and hot tub, remember you are USING AT YOUR OWN RISK.
PLEASE shower before entering pool or hot tub. Sand will ruin the filter.
Our pool service sanitizes and replenishes pool and hot tub chemicals prior to your arrival. Please do not adjust, alter or turn the pool on or off during your stay.
PLEASE be sure to replace the hot tub cover and lower thermostat to 92 degrees when you are finished using it.
Please do not sit, stand or lie on hot tub cover.

My family rented this vacation home for the second time this year. It hasn't changed a bit, very clean and comfortable, exactly the way we left it last year! The owners are so friendly it seems like you're just using a friends house for the week. The beach is beautiful and the town of Surfside is very nice. You can relax at the house/pool/beach/hot tub all day or drive 5 mins for golf, dinner, mini golf etc. Perfect vacation location.

One of the reasons we love renting our home is that we talk with our guests so often prior to their stay that we truly feel we know them and they do become friends! It takes much effort to keep things clean, refreshed and up to date and we appreciate it that you noticed! New for next year--a new gas grill, living room furniture, landscaping work and of course the usual deep cleaning, painting and maintaining. Hope to see you again next summer!
Our family has stayed in many different rental homes and condos over the years searching for the perfect place to call our home away from home. A location that we would want to stay in year after year. We have found it!! We had not been in the house for more than an hour and had already made the decision that "this is the place". We absolutely loved everything about the property. Everything was in perfect working order, the homes was up to date and very clean. The location of the home is in a very nice area as well. I can't think of anything negative to say except that we could not stay longer. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Age 55+, Families with Teenagers

Our family has vacationed several places along the coast in the past, and our trip to Atlantic Breeze at Surfside Beach is truly at the top of the list! We had a full house of three generations - 7 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 1-9 and it was perfect for everyone. The house is lovely, comfortable and very well furnished. The location was great as we were only steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to several restaurants and the pier. We loved the pool and it was particularly nice as its partially under an overhang with some protection and relief during the hottest afternoon hours. I cannot think of a single negative aspect to our stay - we made great memories, had a fun and relaxing time and hope to return someday! Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Tourists without a Car
Owner's Response: We're so happy you could be our guests! Yes, we agree. It's a great location with so many restaurants and activities either nearby or within walking distance up the beach. Additionally, the town of Surfside Beach has so many fun, free family oriented activities and recreational opportunities throughout the entire year that it's easy just to walk to the park just across the street for bocce ball, fishing and Thursday night movies or up the beach a few blocks to the lighted tennis courts, children's park or library. We sure appreciate your staying with us and hope to see you again on a future trip to the beach!
Our party included 6 adults. My Husband and I, my mother-in-law and father in-law and our 2 friends shared this beautiful home for 7 days at the end of April-May. Our ages ranged from 46-72yrs of age. Everyone absolutely loved it. We had more than enough space and all the privacy you would need. As one of the other reviews state, you will not feel like you are in a rental. You will feel as if you are staying at a friend's or family home. Everything you need is there, with more than enough incidentals to get you started, (dish detergent, clothing detergent, toilet paper, etc.) The pictures are true and up to date, everything you see you get and more. Everything is clean and well cared for inside and out . We didn't use the pool as it was still a little cool for us. We did use the hot tub and it was glorious, perfectly located, tucked away with all the privacy you would need. Steps to the beach and what a beautiful beach they have. Several little restaurants and ice cream shops are within an easy walking distance. Very safe neighborhood . The Owners, Molly and Paul, are very personal and so accommodating. They answered all my questions, and I had a lot, very promptly. Molly kept in contact with me leading up to our trip, we even received a Christmas Card from them. They even allowed us to stay on an extra night at their compliment when our flight didn't leave until a day after our rental time expired. I highly recommend this property, and its owners as I had nothing but a positive experience dealing with them. I hope we get to visit here again in the future. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers
We celebrated our parents 50 year Anniversary at Atlantic Breeze. My family of four, My sisters families and our parents. The house did not disappoint! Well laid out, with everything you need to kick back and enjoy the beach...right down to beach toys,chairs and shovels! The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are gorgeous and Clean! Perfect for families ! The kids loved the pool, which was perfectly placed under the house giving some shade. We all had a wonderful time and hope to go there again!
