Julia was extremely pleasant and very helpful. The house was as described and I felt at home right away. The neighborhood was nice and quite. Traffic can be troublesome at times, but I think that would be the case anywhere that is super convenient like this place. Without traffic I made it to the airport in about 10 minutes. It is also very easy to get to the Clearwater area and you can travel around the bay on the north avoiding the causeway. This turned out to be very handy when heading to the beaches.

Home is even better than described! Spending a morning on the dock watching the wildlife is a wonderful and relaxing way to start the day. It has easy access to main roads and international airport, but is in a residential area that is very quiet. The house is very well-equipped with no detail unnoticed. If you're looking for a home to explore the Tampa area without the traffic and volume level that accompanies beach houses, this place is for you. Can't wait to stay again!

Stacy Cute, clean and Convenient was exactly as described. Our host, Julia, was welcoming and took care of any issues that arose quickly during our two month stay..They worked with us when our plans changed and we needed to extend our reservation for a month. Our family enjoyed the house. Everything we needed for our stay was there! We would definitely stay at one of Julia's properties again.
