Welcome to Ocean Reef! One of the nice things about our unit is that everything is on one floor...great for socializing with everyone who is there. Another nice benefit is having your boat right there...no need to get in the car and drive to the marina...or pack the car up with diving and fishing gear just walk out the back door to the dock.

Welcome to Ocean Reef! One of the nice things about our unit is that everything is on one floor...great for socializing with everyone who is there. Another nice benefit is having your boat right there...no need to get in the car and drive to the marina...or pack the car up with diving and fishing gear just walk out the back door to the dock.
Our family's Pumpkin Cay condominium has 4 full bedrooms and 3 baths, overlooking "Bird Island," picturesque mangroves and the Atlantic Ocean. The screened-in porch also looks over our boat slip, a mere 25 steps away, and can slip a boat up to 29 feet. Our home is on the first floor of a two story building housing only four units. The condo has main views to the east over the water providing spectacular sunrises over the ocean and mangrove canopy.
Across the residential street from the unit is the neighborhood pool that is reserved for Pumpkin Cay residents and guests. If you are looking for more activity, you are just a 7 minute golf cart ride away from the main pool and beach area of Ocean Reef, Buccaneer Island, as well as the restaurants and shops at the Fishing Village.
Our sleeping arrangements provide flexibility for various needs. The two master suites have king size beds. The third bedroom has two twin size beds. A fourth bedroom is a den with a futon -- a great office or kids' TV room. Our unit has one reserved parking spot (marked PC45A), guest parking as well as spaces for golf carts, in addition to the dock.

Why This Property?
Pumpkin Cay is a great location on the Reef. It has great ocean views of course. It's not in the center of town so you have more privacy. We have a pool just across the street. Our place faces the mangroves so you can see the herons but people won't see you.
