Our condo is a leisurely 5 minute walk through the shaded and well landscaped community to the ocean.
Kingston plantation is a 145-acre master planned community. It is spectacular! Over 23-acres of fresh water lakes that are surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and mature trees with walking trails. The community boasts a 1/2-mile of wide, white sand beaches, 13-pools, a sport & health facility with 9 tennis courts (a separate, extra charge), 4 on-site restaurants and an embassy suites hotel where you can enjoy their seasonal pool-side bar/cafe' band, Starbucks coffee shop, or their oceanfront restaurants. Please note the on-site splash! Water park and hotel pool are excluded from use. But Kingston offers many other pools to choose from and there is a beautiful pool directly across the lake from our condo -- basically steps away.
