Ideal near beach location on Amelia Island. One block off Fletcher (beach road) is low traffic for kids outside. Walk to beachside hangouts. Mike is easy to work with and makes beach toys, boards, etc. available for family fun in the sand. Rental has everything you need to stay a week or more in kitchen, groceries available nearby. We have stayed twice and plan to come back.
We enjoyed the property and it’s location. The 2 minute walk was the perfect distance for our 4 children ages 4 to 13. The owners were very helpful and kind. Thank you for everything.
The owner, Mike,was great to work with during our seven day stay. The property was pleasantly supplied with basically everything we needed to feel at home to include high chairs for the little one. Great place for a family.
House had anything you need for a vacation. Mike was very helpful with any questions we may have had.
Five years ago I booked this house for a family trip to attend the GA/FL game as a graduation present for my daughter (UGA GRAD). We had such a great time and enjoyed the very comfortable and clean house which is just a short walk from the beach that we immediately agreed that we had to make this a yearly family trip. Michael, the owner from the first time I spoke with is so easy to work with and always accommodating. Each and every time we have arrived over the past five years, the house is always in immaculate condition and it is very noticeable the Michael continuously makes improvements each year. There is no discussion where we will stay when we are in Fernandina. GREAT HOUSE AND OWNER. FIRST CLASS IN MY BOOK!
